Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
We ship by UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. If delivery is needed faster than 3-5 business days, ask that your delivery be sent by 2-day. All of our shipments are insured to the full value of your purchase. Shipping and Handling (packaging) fees are paid by our customer unless your order exceeds $2500 and then Thoughtful Urns will pay Shipping (not Handling).
Return & Exchange Policy
Generally, we do not accept returns unless we were sending the customer a SAMPLE urn in which case it needs to be either returned (at customers expense) or paid for upon approval. We will, of course, replace any urn that our customer should find defective. Examples of defective are cracking or missed glaze (bare spot). Every urn is thoroughly inspected and photographed before shipping, so defective urns are very rare. Because each urn is hand-made, variations in color, size, and shape will take place but are held to the highest standards.
